BIO

I was born and raised in Navojoa, Sonora, and I take great pride in my Mexican heritage.

As a musician, my profession may present a façade of sternness, but my true purpose lies in conveying a message of peace and unity. Through my music, I advocate for the principles of unconditional love, mutual respect, and the celebration of diversity.

With unwavering conviction, I firmly believe that by reaffirming our core values, we can elevate our human experience. This includes nurturing our relationships with others and embracing the beauty of nature. My music is a vibrant expression of joy, inviting people to join in the dance and find inspiration in its rhythms. Through music, I strive to eliminate all form of violence and promote harmony.

MANÁ

In 2007, I embarked on a global tour as a member of the renowned band Maná, contributing background vocals and percussion. To date, I have had the privilege of performing in over five hundred concerts, including some in iconic locations such as:

  • The Rock in Rio Festival in its editions of Rio de Janeiro, Madrid and Las Vegas (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014).
  • Viña Del Mar International song festival, in the Chilean city of Valparaiso (2013).
  • Major world-class venues like the Staples Center and the legendary Forum in Los Angeles, California (2008, 2011, 2016, 2019). 
  • Madison Square Garden, New York City (2007, 2011, 2012).
  • Apollo Theater, Harlem, New York City.
  • Allstate Arena, Chicago Illinois.
  • American Airlines Arena, Miami, FL.
  • Toyota Center, Houston, TX. 
  • American Airlines Center, Dallas, TX.  
  • Nokia Tel-Aviv, Israel.

As well as performance in Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Israel and U.S. TV programs (Such as the Jimmy Kimmel Show, Good Morning America, among many others; the Grammy awards, Billboard Awards, Premios Lo Nuestro, and high-level events such as the one at The White House for a “Cinco de Mayo event (2016) and Inauguration Day with Barack Obama in January 2013.

In 2014, I released my debut album titled “Presente Perfecto” (Present Perfect), which pays tribute to the legendary vocalists of Latin American popular music from the 1970s and 1980s.
